Chaos! Who can control chaos? Better yet, why do we even want to control chaos? It’s our mind’s fault really. It’s wired to identify, classify, clarify and seek causes to explain things it can’t understand. Take chicken soup for example, does the carrot cause the chicken soup? Or is it the chicken? Or the broth? Or the cook? You’ll tie your mind up in knots trying to figure that one out today.
The only way the mind knows how to deal with chaos is to try to create order. The trouble is chaos is the natural order of things. I know that’s hard to accept. but trust me, once you accept that everything is perfect as it is, the mind ceases trying to be the fixer, the judge, and the organiser, and you’ll enjoy a lot more inner peace.
